The process begins with the exchange of information between your employer and us. As soon as we receive the necessary details about your earned wages and timekeeping from your employer, we update the application to reflect the percentage of your earnings that your employer has designated for early access. This ensures that you can conveniently access a portion of your earned wages when needed.
The frequency of this information exchange is dependent on your employer's practices. In some cases, we can obtain this data as frequently as every four hours, allowing for near real-time updates.
However, there might be instances where it takes up to a full 24 hours from the moment you clock out for us to receive your timekeeping information. If you find that more than 24 hours have passed since you clocked out and there are no changes in your balance, please reach to the user care team for assistance in resolving any potential issues.
