Having a low available balance or seeing it at $0.00 could be due to the transition into a new pay period.
As part of our regular payroll processing, account balances are reset to $0.00 at the end of each pay period, and any remaining funds are included in your future paycheck.
If you find your available balance to be lower than expected, it's important to note that we provide access to a portion of earned wages, rather than the entirety of the paycheck; put plainly, this means that the balance represents the amount your employer allows for early withdrawal.
